Add manual task steps to outreach sequences

What changed

Outreach sequences can now create normal Jobin tasks when human follow-up is required, combining automated outreach with structured recruiter actions in the same workflow.

Capabilities in this update

• Add task or call steps to an outreach sequence
• Add instructions for the recruiter completing the task
• Choose the task priority, assignee, and task queue
• Set relative due times in minutes, hours, or days
• Sequences wait for the task to be resolved before continuing
• Open the pending task directly from a contact’s active sequence
• Launch task-only sequences without configuring a messaging sender
