Separate current and past job stages in Contacts

What changed

The Contacts table can now distinguish active recruitment pipeline stages from stages belonging to closed jobs, giving recruiters a clearer view of current activity and historical candidate progress.

Capabilities in this update

• Add a dedicated Past job stage column to the Contacts table
• Keep stages from active jobs in the standard pipeline-stage column
• See stages from closed jobs separately as historical pipeline context
• Past job stages are preserved as read-only history
• The historical column is optional and can be added when you need it
