Run AI screening on any candidate segment

What changed

Recruiters can now run dedicated AI screening across selected candidates in the recruitment CRM, using tailored evaluation criteria without being limited to a single AI Search.

Capabilities in this update

• Run AI screening directly from the Contacts action bar
• Screen candidates selected from Contacts or AI Search results
• Screen saved shortlists, filtered contact segments, tags, and recruitment pipelines
• Generate screening criteria from a prompt, job description, or existing job
• Customize up to 20 screening criteria with importance and category settings
• Reorder and refine criteria before starting the screening
• Revisit previous screening runs from Contacts filters
• Keep each candidate’s AI screening report available on their contact profile
• Apply additional Contacts filters while reviewing a screening run
