The Messaging Timeline now makes it easier to move between contacts, focus on specific types of activity, and review older conversation history without losing your work.

Capabilities in this update

• Filter the activity timeline by All, Messages, Notes, or System events
• Keep unsent message drafts when switching between contacts
• Return to a contact and continue the draft you were writing
• Keep the current conversation open while searching or filtering the contact list
• Automatically focus the contact search when browsing conversations
• Jump directly into the message composer when opening a thread from a contact profile
