Contacts are where recruiting, sourcing, sales, and outreach work becomes actionable. The redesigned Contacts experience in Jobin.cloud gives teams a more flexible way to organize records, review engagement history, prioritize follow-ups, and manage pipeline activity at scale.
This update brings the details that shape a next step: contact data, outreach activity, notes, and pipeline position, into a more focused working environment. It is designed for the everyday work of deciding who to review, who to contact, and what needs to move forward.
Watch the accompanying video walkthrough:
A redesigned Contacts page built around your workflow
The default Contacts page now opens in a more compact grid view. You can choose which contact fields appear, then pin the fields you need most to the left so they stay visible while you review the rest of the record.
Presets make that flexibility repeatable. Save or apply a view suited to a particular workflow, such as contact research, pipeline review, database maintenance, or campaign follow-up, instead of rebuilding the same layout each time.
Use sequence and engagement analytics as follow-up context
A dedicated preset can display sequence metrics alongside contact information. It can surface the most recent message, email opens, link clicks, replies, and a contact's first or latest engagement. Related dates and timestamps show when that activity occurred.
These signals give a team useful context when choosing whom to follow up with, call, or prioritize next. They are not a guarantee of buying or hiring intent: an open or click is one piece of engagement history to consider alongside the contact, message, role, and prior conversation.
Choose a compact grid or a familiar card layout
The compact grid is available alongside a card view similar to the previous Contacts layout. Teams can select contacts in bulk and apply bulk operations, which is useful for maintaining a database or preparing groups of contacts for outreach campaign work.
When a record needs a closer look, open its sidebar to inspect more details without losing the broader list context. That makes it easier to keep a campaign or cleanup task moving while still checking the information behind an individual record.
See pipeline stages in a full-screen Kanban view
The redesigned full-screen Kanban view presents pipeline stages in a dedicated workspace. Move contacts between stages with drag and drop, while retaining the supporting context needed to make a considered update.
That context includes workflow notes, contact information, meeting annotations, and timestamps that show when a contact was assigned to a stage. For a recruiter, sourcer, salesperson, or outreach team, the view connects pipeline movement to the information that explains why it should happen.
Open an expanded contact view when one record needs attention
The full-screen contact profile creates a focused workspace for reviewing and acting on an individual contact. A shortcut lets you open the profile directly or copy its link when you need to return to it or share the record with a teammate.
Inside the profile, you can see the contact's current pipeline and move the contact to another stage. This keeps record review and pipeline action together rather than requiring a separate search for the contact's status.
Keep context in an enhanced activity timeline
The activity timeline is a unified record of the activity and interactions associated with a contact. It can include pipeline movements, profile updates, sent messages, annotations, and engagement analytics such as email opens.
From this area, users can add annotations and switch to email or messaging actions. Keeping these events together gives follow-ups a clearer starting point and gives collaborators a shared view of what has already happened.
Manage custom fields from a dedicated control panel
Custom fields now have their own management area. Teams can work with free-text, number, date, list, and range-based values to adapt contacts to the information and processes they use.
Contacts can also be filtered with custom fields. This allows a recruiting, sourcing, sales, or outreach team to build views around its own data without forcing every workflow into the same set of fields.
Make the filter sidebar work for you
The filter sidebar is customizable too. Users can choose which filters appear, prioritize the filters they use most, and reorder them for quicker access.
Small adjustments like this support faster navigation and more repeatable workflows, especially when the same contact segments need regular review.
A more flexible place to manage contacts
The redesigned Contacts experience brings contact data, engagement history, and pipeline actions into a more flexible working environment. Several of these improvements were informed by user feature requests, and further changes are planned.
